What areas do you serve?

Our gift cards may only be redeemed by recipients located within our service area. If you're unsure whether your recipient qualifies, please contact us before purchasing.

Can the recipient use the gift card anytime?

Yes! Our gift cards do not have an expiration date so they can book their service whenever is convenient for them. They will go through our regular booking process by requesting a quote, booking a date, and enjoying their clean home just like any Gold Cleaning Client!

Are gift cards refundable?

No, all gift card purchases are non-refundable. If you have any questions about services or eligibility, please contact us prior to purchase.

How do I know how much to gift?
​
It really depends on whether they're a regular customer of ours or if this will be their first professional clean in a while. Size and condition are the biggest factors in our pricing. If you would like some help coming up with a suggested amount, feel free to reach out to us with as many details as possible and we'll do everything we can to give you an estimate.

Tip: We do offer limited-hour cleans in order to work within a budget. If someone lets us know during booking that they have a gift card for a certain amount or just wants to keep their clean under a certain dollar amount, we can work together to get the high-priority areas of the home done in time and on budget!

Purchasing:
1. Choose Design
2. Enter Amount
3. Enter Recipient Info: Options to Deliver by Text or Email
4. Enter Purchaser Info and Add Message (Optional)
5. Finish & Pay: card will be emailed/texted within a few minutes if you selected delivery today
Redeeming:
1. Invoice will be sent to your email after your service
2. Pull up your e-gift card (from email or text messages)
3. From your email, click "Pay Invoice". Under "Payment Method" select "Gift Card" and enter the 16-digit card number on your gift card. We do not use the QR code or barcode attached to the gift card, only the number.
4. To check or reload gift card balance, click "Buy a Gift Card" on this page and there will be options on the top right corner to check balance and reload card. You do not need a pin, just the 16-digit card number.
