Refund Policy
24 Hour Call Back Window
In the event that the Client is not present to preform a walk though inspection, the Client will have 24 hours from the completion of service to call Gold Cleaning Services LLC and inform us that their service did not meet their expectations. Gold Cleaning Services LLC will make every attempt to resolve this issue by returning for a reclean of the affected area at no charge. At this time, if the service is still unsatisfactory, Gold Cleaning Services LLC and the Client can discuss next steps on a case by case basis.
Sub-Contractor Payment Policy
Sub contractors hired by Gold Cleaning Services LLC are an extension of the company and are held to the same standards as full time employees. Sub contractors will complete all work assigned by Gold Cleaning Services LLC to the best of their abilities and treat every Client with the utmost importance and quality work. Sub contractors will be paid for their work once the 24 hour call back window has closed, provided that there are no issues. In the event that Gold Cleaning Services LLC does receive a call back on a job that the sub contractor completed, the sub contractor will return for a reclean at no additional charge. Payment to the sub contractor will be released after the reclean is signed off on.
